Simple Little Ways to be Active Everyday



 "SIMPLE & LITTLE ways to be ACTIVE EVERYDAY" I know I know quite shocking isn't it ????
It was shocking for me as well when I heard a few of them. So I started doing them & slowly I discovered some more. I was surprised to see that they actually work.
  If you are trying to lose weight or just stay health & fit then they are perfect for you. These are easy little ways to just feel better about yourself & to be an active person.

  So here are they :
  1. Go cycling, it really works your overall body especially your lower body !
  2. Park further away from your destination. 
  3. Trying walking around the house when you get a call, don't be a lazy bum.
  4. Do light exercises while watching T.V. or at least during advertisements.
  5. Cleaning your house like dusting or cleaning the floor or windows, anything. All these are really gonna work your arms.
  6. This might sound a bit weird but instead of bending over to pick something do a squad or a lunge and grab it. It will really work you thigh muscles.
  7. Turn on the radio & just start jumping or dancing. Just freak out.
  8. Walk your pet. Have fun with them.
  9. While you are sitting on a chair or sofa just get your knees close & lift them a bit & you'll been the burn. Do it now.
  10. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Taking the stairs is really gonna work those legs & abdomen & also your arms if you are using your shoulders a little bit.
